Friends call Trent and Amber Johnston "Brad and Angelina of the little people," hinting at the fact that like the famous Hollywood couple, these two have adopted children from all over the world. His son Alex is from South Korea and his daughters Anna and Emma are from Siberia and China, respectively. Along with two children of their own, the Johnston family has seven members and is the largest family of little people in the world. All members of the family were diagnosed with achondroplasia, a disease that causes shortening of the limbs but they are quite popular in America as they are all stars of their own reality show.
3.The hairiest family
All members of the Aceves family have been diagnosed with the same disease: hypertrichosis. The first person in this family to have this condition was his great-grandmother more than 80 years ago. It was then passed on to her son Jesus, her children and cousins. As a result, there are now over 30 members living with this rare disease within the Aceves Family. Three daughters born to completely different women also inherited hypertrichosis.
