Friends call Trent and Amber Johnston "Brad and Angelina of the little people," hinting at the fact that like the famous Hollywood couple, these two have adopted children from all over the world. His son Alex is from South Korea and his daughters Anna and Emma are from Siberia and China, respectively. Along with two children of their own, the Johnston family has seven members and is the largest family of little people in the world. All members of the family were diagnosed with achondroplasia, a disease that causes shortening of the limbs but they are quite popular in America as they are all stars of their own reality show.
