In a world where conformity is often the easy way out, it's refreshing to find families breaking the mold. Considering that even the most common family can be quite unique, it is not an exaggeration to say that a family of Indian albinos or a family where a man married more than 30 women and they have around 100 children in total would be exceptional. Each family on this list has faced their own challenges and obstacles, but they have also found strength and resilience in their uniqueness.
1. The largest albino family
The head of the Pullan family, Roseturi, his wife Mani, their children and grandchildren claim to be very proud of their skin color. However, this could become a problem when they go to the dentist or just do some shopping at the mall. The Pullan family are exiles in Delhi. They are the object of laughter, fear and rejection for no other reason than their skin color. Furthermore, being albinos, their skin has no protection against UV rays and burns quickly; therefore they should not go out during hot days. As a result, life in India becomes very problematic for this family as it is very hot and sunny all year round. It's good to know that they are happy being special because they consider their status as a divine gift.
