2. Side Bends



Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Bend forward until hands touch the floor, then return upright with hands on waist. Complete 15–20 reps. This exercise helps relieve lower back pain and may reduce headache frequency. Avoid if you have high intracranial pressure.

3. Boxing Twist Crunches



Lie on your back with knees bent. Quickly lift your upper body, engaging your core, then lower with control. Perform 3 sets of 12–15 reps. Not recommended for those with rheumatism, gallbladder issues, or gastritis. Proceed cautiously with respiratory or cardiovascular conditions.
