18. Remove rust with tin foil
Rusty chrome fixtures can be restored using ordinary tin foil. After cleaning the chrome thoroughly with soapy water, dip the foil in clean water and gently rub the corroded areas. The foil chemically reacts with rust deposits, polishing the surface until it achieves its original shine. Your aged chrome will appear brand new without requiring harsh chemical treatments.
